Jordan Brand designs Retros for the University of Michigan

The University of Michigan is more than just a school. It is a community and family represented by a single letter, two hues: Maize and Blue, and a longstanding tradition of excellence — a reputation of leading both academically and athletically.

When I was growing up in Detroit, Michigan my first choice for college was the University of Michigan. I wanted to study Computer Engineering (boy I wish I stuck with that major). Ultimately I decided to get far away from Michigan and attended school Down South.

Last year, Jordan Brand and University of Michigan went into partnership. It's Jordan Brands first official college deal with an university. Forged with Greatness.

Michigan Assistant Head Coach, Jay Harbourgh. showed us some serious heat this week on Twitter. Jordan PE sneakers in the iconic maize and blue colorway. I'm expecting even more amazing project to come out of this collaborative effort. The Jordan Retro 11's are my favorite.
